Our school is dedicated to creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment through the efforts of three key committees. The POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) Committee ensures a harassment-free space for all staff and students, while the POCSO (Protection of Children from Sexual Offences) Committee focuses on safeguarding children’s rights and well-being. Additionally, the Anti-Bullying Committee works proactively to eliminate bullying and promote kindness and respect among peers. Together, these committees uphold a secure and supportive campus for everyone.
The Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Committee, also known as the Internal Committee (IC), is a mandatory complaints committee that every employer with 10 or more employees must establish in their workplace. The committee’s primary role is to address and resolve complaints of sexual harassment

The POCSO Committee ensures the implementation of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, which safeguards children against sexual abuse and exploitation. It focuses on creating awareness, addressing grievances, and taking swift action to protect children’s rights. The committee works closely with students, parents, and staff to foster a safe and supportive environment, ensuring every child feels secure, respected, and protected within the school community.

The Anti-Bullying Committee is dedicated to fostering a safe and respectful environment by addressing and preventing bullying in all forms. The committee actively works to create awareness, provide support to affected students, and promote kindness and inclusivity among peers. Through regular monitoring, workshops, and strict measures, the committee ensures a bully-free campus where every student can learn and grow with confidence and respect.
